Yoga offers a sanctuary that transcends judgment. It meets you exactly where you are – on your best days, your worst days, whether you're in leggings or pajamas, at home or wherever you may be. It's truly a global practice, one that connects us all across different cultures, uniting (yoking 🥚) us together – which is the definition of yoga ("yuj") afterall. We're OLL about celebrating THIS and are honored to present a week(end) long celebration of International Yoga Day with our very first Yoga on the Terrace Summer!

Join Janice for a 90-minute Maha (master practice) Vinyasa flow focused on balancing the Solar Plexus Chakra—the energetic center of personal power, confidence, and self-worth.
This dynamic class will guide you through a flow that cultivates both yang fire and yin calm, activating the radiant self that lives within. Through mindful movement and breath, we’ll explore our inner power and create space for clarity and connection.
Please come prepared:
Practice on an empty stomach, bring water, a towel, and any props you love (Janice recommends two blocks and a strap or pair of stretchy leggings will also do)

Join Michelle Porter for evolution Unleashed is a 90-minute embodied movement journey blending yoga, functional strength, and animal-inspired movement. This workshop invites you to awaken the body, explore new patterns of movement, and connect to your most instinctive self: grounded and powerful.
We’ll build heat through intentional sequences and high-intensity intervals, which will release into raw, intuitive expression. Rooted in yoga and layered with primal movement, this experience is both playful and empowering.
No prior animal flow experience required. Just curiosity, presence, and a willingness to move.
Celebrate the International Yoga Day weekend as Janice & Rebecca Hannah guide you through a playful and engaging partner yoga workshop designed for everyone—whether you’re completely new to yoga or an experienced practitioner looking for inspiration and a chance to explore new challenges.
This session will be adapted to suit all levels, ages, families, and solo attendees, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment for connection and creativity.
We will begin with a warm-up and flow led by Janice Liou followed by Rebecca Hannah's portion. Expect energizing partner core work and light counterbalance challenges to build strength and teamwork, followed by flexibility assists to gently open and stretch. Closing us down, Rebecca will guide partners through a soothing, massage-inspired Thai yoga therapy technique to help all participants unwind.
No partner or prior experience needed—just bring your curiosity and sense of play!
Come ready to move, make new friends, and enjoy a supportive space where connection and creativity come alive!
Close out the weekend celebration with Ivan in this transcendental sunset sound bath meditation.
This is your personal invitation to celebrate your inner light and to awaken new intentions and new beginnings. For the second half of the year, recommit to your goals and transcend your personal obstacles to embrace and celebrate your inner light.
Personal Props: We recommend to bring your personal yoga mat, bolsters, cushions, blocks, blankets, and layered clothing to fully immerse yourself in the sound bath experience. Any personal crystals and jewelry that you would like to bring is also welcome.
